With Chandler’s high speed laser capability, we can produce cost effective profiles from a variety of materials that create smooth contoured edges. This process allows infinite manufacturing flexibility at little or no tooling cost and requires virtually no deburring or other preparation prior to subsequent operations.

Laser cutting can be an effective manufacturing method for prototype to high-volume production, delivering consistent quality and tight tolerances across a wide range of material types and thicknesses.
